Customer Service Representative (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiriesSell products tailored to customer needsCross-sell and upsell products and associated productsProvide customer support for post-booking and booking managementSupport travel agents with bookings and ensure smooth booking managementOffer comprehensive customer information on destinations, boats, documentation, pricing, and other related inquiries REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written.
