David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceActively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsClosely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level).
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customersPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications high priority placed on customer service Curious and persistent in solving issuesOrganised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations OFFER: Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreementDays off: 2 days (rotative)/ 2 weekends per month (rotative)A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere Meal allowance Guidance and tools to reach career potential
