Job Description
We're looking for a native French Customer Service Advisor. Someone who loves to help others, someone who can assist customers across every stage of their shopping experience with us by providing exceptionally friendly and thorough service with a positive, caring and calm approach.
Responsibilities
Respond to all customer inquiries across assigned tasks to the required standard using the appropriate tone and language via phone, email, social and live chat with speed and professionalism;
Work towards achieving one-touch resolutions on all inquiries by reducing back and forth correspondence and thus decreasing customer response times by working efficiently and effectively;
Work cross-functionally across teams by reporting and resolving issues and systematically following up on reports to avoid recurring issues and escalating them when required;
Be driven by targets and be able to work independently and autonomously alongside team members to meet the team and individual KPI’s;
Contribute to team discussions to help develop strategies and procedures to improve overall customer experience;
Handle each task and inquiry with a positive can-do approach, not shying away from challenges;
Constantly seek to learn and improve in order to better assist customers;
Assist with any special projects as directed by manager;

Skills
Native French speaker;
Advanced level of English proficiency - C1;
Strong knowledge of what it takes to provide a high level of inbound customer service;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on high level of customer service and sales;
Passion for helping people;
Positive and friendly nature;
Experience handling issues and inquiries that reach the escalation point;
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once;
Ability to think analytically with strong problem-solving skills;
Good computer knowledge and navigation skills;
Interest in the footwear industry and current trends;
Previous experience in inbound customer service preferred;
