What you will do in this role As a Customer Support, you will:Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries with accuracy.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as neededInvestigate and collect information to provide to customerProvide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have an advanced level of Dutch (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of English (B2)Understand of how social platforms functionHave proved computer skills and diligent workerHave high attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetHave the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verballyAre available for 24/7 rotating hours If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
