Job Description
As a Customer Management Specialist, you will support the Global Customer Management team and be responsible for maintaining high-quality and accurate data across global systems. You will contribute to the foundation of the success of customer master data maintenance and customer portfolio administration.

In your new role you will:
Supportdaily Customer Master Data (CMD) & Customer Portfolio (CPM) operational tasks and requestsin a timely, responsive manner with a high level of service within the same time zone
Undertakeworldwide responsibility for Direct and Distributors End Customer datain our Customer Master Data systems & tool (e.g. SAP & CMD Hub)
Be responsible forCustomer Master Data setup and maintenance, changes and updates in all Customer Master Data systems & tools
Clarify data inconsistenciesreported by internal or external users across all regions worldwide
Performproactive and consistent checksbetween CMD systems and clarification/clearing of data inconsistencies with related departments
Deliver as per assigned tasks related to Customer Portfolio, especially on Channel Transfer requests
ExecutedirectCustomer Master Maintenance in SAP-PIFwith quality data, high level of accuracy in a timely new customer creation (e.g. Sold-To/Ship-To) within the same working day (especially US time zone), andindirect Customer Maintenance in SAP-CRM & Customer Aliasing Table
PerformGolden Main Customers Maintenance in the CMDHub with daily consolidated cases within the same working day
Prepare reportsby collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Support and recommendbusiness process improvement projectsto enhance customer satisfaction and streamline efficiency
Assist indefining data scope and objectives, provide preliminary recommendations on potential data processing applications, and assist in the development of business process specifications
Understand thepriority of open issues and provide regular feedbackon progress and problem resolution
Act as thebackup person across the regionsas and when needed

Your Profile
You possess excellent analytical skills and a passion for working with data. You feel comfortable navigating with numbers, drawing insights, and have a keen eye for detail in every situation. You enjoy collaborating in international settings and thrive in dynamic and cross-functional environments.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Adegree in Business, Economics, Statistics/Mathematics, International Business,or a similar field of studies
At least1 year of experiencein customer master data, analytics, and process maintenance
Experienceand knowledgein SAP and Tableauor any otherERP/CRM toolswould be an advantage
Good knowledge ofMS Office tools, such as Excel
Adata-driven approachand ahigh data quality mindset
A sense of urgency andattention to detailat all times
A strong andfast-learning mindsetand demonstrate eagerness to develop new skills and expand your knowledge
Effectivecommunicationand interpersonalskills
Experienced/Exposed and able towork across the different regionsand supportmulti-locations with different time zone
Fluency in English –German would be an advantage
