We are currently recruiting a CRM Manager with strong Salesforce expertise to join a project in partnership with one of our clients - a renowned company in the Pharmaceutical Industry.Job description
- Support the rollout and localization of Salesforce CRM in Portugal, in alignment with global and regional strategies;
- Act as the primarypoint of contact for CRM operations in Portugal, ensuring the platform is optimized for local market needs;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and commercial excellence to ensure smooth adoption;
- Manage user onboarding, training, and support, acting as the first line of help for troubleshooting and best practices;
- Work closely with the central/global CRM team to implement system updates, enhancements, and integration needs;
- Monitor data quality;
- Track CRM usage and adoption metrics, preparing reports and insights for leadership.Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Consultant, or equivalent role;
- Hands-on expertisewith Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus;
- Prior involvement in CRM rollouts, user support, and stakeholder engagement;
- Strong analytical,organizational, and communication skills;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector is highly desirable;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.Offer
