Corporate Relationship Manager Office based in Lisbon The Role We are looking for Corporate Relationship Managers (known internally as Dealers) across all of our offices to meet the continuing increase in client activity.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients taking responsibility for the trading account set up, ongoing relationship management, and FX deal execution.
Our Dealers offer expert and bespoke suggestions and ideas to our clients, providing them with strategies to minimise their FX risk challenges.
They plan, structure, and execute deals, giving our clients the best value while contributing to Ebury's growth.
Our best Dealers go on to head up and train dealing teams, making sure the next generation of Dealers are inspired, motivated, and proficient in their roles.

with multiple liquidity providers, using various trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg/Reuters.Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination.
Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation.Know and understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury's Banking solutions.Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high margin products, and increasing wallet-share.Build & maintain strong client relationships through client meetings.Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.About You: Strong Financial Services sales experience (sales/relationship management role).
A network of contacts would be an advantage.Experience of working in a commercial bank (one or several) dealing with SMEs and corporate clients.
Alternatively, relevant experience in an environment different from a bank (this could be FX specialist, cash management, etc.)
is desirable.Knowledge of compliance requirements.Business/finance academic background would be a plus.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.First-class communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.Able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment; presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing the message on customer needs and expectations.Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.Quick learner, especially on systems; strong analytical skills.You must have a professional level of English along with fluency in Portuguese.
