Role Overview We are seeking a Conversion and Retention Agent. This role primarily focuses on servicing both new and existing Retail Clients by managing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and relationship management to handling inquiries. Collaboration with internal stakeholders across Customer support, Trading Operations, Payments is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Assist new Clients with first deposit and guide through the platform. Nurture client relationship though multy-channel communication. Implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and boost lifetime value. Mange a high-value portfolio, identifying growth opportunity using industry insight. Upsell relevant products based on client behaviour and preferences. Provide educational support to enhance clients' Forex trading skills. Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records in CRM system. Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards. Deliver a premium service to ensure client satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Consistently meet/exceed KPIs. Uphold high standards of professional conduct in all client interactions. Complete assigned tasks within the required time frame and at a high standard. Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Cultivate trust and rapport with clients to enhance long-term relationship. Essential Skills & Experience Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English; Strong understanding of FX & CFD products. Experience in Sales and/or Premium Client Support roles minimum 1 year. Self-motivated and target driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience Proficiency in CRM and BI systems. Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively. Soft Skills Strong team player with a sense of individual responsibility. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Effective collaborator across departments. Eager to learn and absorb new information.
