A day in the life of...
Act as a Campaign Deployment Specialist for the Campaign Factory, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business:
In Adobe Campaign, run day-to-day campaign deployment tasks:
Integrating campaign content elements (HTML, images, videos, ?),
Including dynamic personalization elements,
Mapping the integrated content with the pre-defined target populations,
Sending live test versions of the integrated content (proof),
Scheduling and executing campaign,
Monitoring campaign execution,
Measuring the performance of the communication channel (delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, click-through rate, ?),
Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems (at workflow and delivery level),
Performing quality control checks and best practices to produce error-free work,
Collaborating with the local campaign management teams in the markets;
Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, Training material, standard routines);
Liaise with Campaign Factory key Business Stakeholders, to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines;
Liaise with Campaign Factory Lead for Continuous improvement;
Run regular Operational review with Markets to track Service delivery;
Run periodic Meeting with Business/Market to collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to Campaign Factory pre-requisites;
Identify Market/Business knowledge gap and propose action to market to fill those gaps.
At least 2 years in Content Production Management
Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget)
What Will Make You Successful?
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar (is a plus);
Proficiency in English;
knowledge of HTML and Salesforce is a plus
Experience with a Multichannel Campaign Management tool, like Adobe Campaign (Neolane), Salesforce's Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), IBM Marketing Software, Oracle's Marketing Cloud;
Understanding of browser compatibility issues, email design, and email deliverability;
Hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS) is preferred;
Experience with Query and Reporting Tools (Cognos, Business Objects) is preferred.
