Conference Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team at a leading Genetics Conference & Trade Show taking place in Milan, Italy from May 23-27, 2025.
About the Role You will be assisting our scientist(s) during the event, primarily focusing on data collection and documentation.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of genetics research, engage with leading experts, and experience an international conference environment.
Responsibilities • Assist in collecting and recording data during the conference
• Engage professionally with conference attendees and exhibitors
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support our CEO

Requirements • Studies in life sciences, biology, genetics, or related fields are a plus

• Availability to travel to Milan and assist on-site from May 23-27, 2025
