As a Compliance Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation, ensuring regulatory goals are met with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver compliance-related projects from planning to execution Coordinate stakeholders across various locations and departments Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance routines Analyze processes, gather data, and support reporting activities Prepare clear and insightful presentations for clients and management Support the implementation and follow-up of project outcomes Tools & Tech: Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint – Expert level General proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Languages: English – Fluent (mandatory) French – Nice to have Profile: Experience in managing projects, preferably in compliance or regulatory contexts Skilled in leading workshops, meetings, and change initiatives Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset Client-focused and results-driven Previous experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus Why AXCO?
