As a Developer Community Manager, you will be part of an energized and enthusiastic team who love what they do. You will be responsible for the overall strategy of developer programs, working with developer relations team members and also cross-functional teams spread globally. You are the voice of our developers and will be a key point of contact for members of the community. You will work closely with members of Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to both make sure developer feedback is heard and that developers are aware of advances in OutSystems Platform.
Lead the strategy of developer community programs within the developer relations team and participate in gathering community feedback, roadmap creation, planning, and actively manage the community projects that will drive growth and engagement;
Represent OutSystems by actively driving, growing, and managing a developer community, building healthy relationships with key developers, engaging directly with developers online and offline, and acting as an escalation point for community members;
Work closely with community contributors to enable close relationships between developers and to drive the customer and partner engagement strategy which includes programs like MVPs, meetups, contests and more;
Collect metrics and use findings to guide strategy across outreach efforts including meetups, community meetings, and informal gatherings around the world to develop, own and execute community strategy worldwide.

You are a great fit for this role if you:
Have 5 years of relevant work experience in program or project management or experience managing tech-based communities;
Demonstrated experience managing volunteers from diverse backgrounds and communication styles through multiple channels (email, conferences, meetups, forums);
.Net development experience, passion for app development or experienced in App Development?
