Job Description Your contribution to something big: Manage Organizational Development and Communication projects, specifically those related to Organizational Strategy, Change and Transformation Management, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement in indirect areas; Project management, from planning to implementation, specifically including goal setting, stakeholders management, workshop facilitation and impact measurement; Management of communication content, including the production of content and storytelling through writing, audio, video, and organizing virtual and/or in-person events.
Qualifications What distinguishes you: Degree in Communication Sciences (or equivalent); Strong competence in creating communication content (written and video, including storytelling); Proficiency in audiovisual software (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools; Professional experience in a similar role; Knowledge of online/virtual communication tools and platforms; Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Results-oriented, proactive and autonomous; Flexibility and aptitude for diverse tasks; Good planning skills.
