Randstad was challenged by Infinera to find the best talents to a Client Support Expert position in their facilities in Carnaxide giving support to very important clients of their own like AT&T

What you need to apply:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (advanced);
- Intermediate level of Portuguese;
- Availability and will to work in shifts (8h-17h and 15h-24h);
- At least 2 years of previous experience in customer support positions;
- Excellent customer service orientation;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written);
- Team player;
- Knowledge of technical equipments desirable but not mandatory.
