Client Service Specialists (English & Portuguese Bilingual) - Full-Time

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a **Client Service Officer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the entire immigration process, with a focus on helping mainly English speaking clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:** Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Client Support:** Guide clients through the immigration process, including document collection, application procedures, and liaising with key stakeholders such as bank managers, lawyers, and fund managers.
- **Client Communication:** Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Line, and WeChat, ensuring a high standard of service.
- **Process Guidance:** Assist clients in preparing and gathering necessary documents for their immigration application.
- **Collaborative Engagement:** Liaise with internal teams and external partners, such as legal experts, bankers, and investment managers, to ensure client needs are met.
- **Training:** Receive training on specific immigration procedures and our proprietary CRM platform to ensure you can support clients effectively.
**Requirements:**
- **Language Skills:** Fluent in English (also fluency in Portuguese is preferred).
- **Technical Skills:** Preferably be familiar with using CRM platforms and comfortable with various communication tools (email, WhatsApp, Line, WeChat).
- **Client-Centric:** A strong focus on client satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Work Environment:** 2 days work in the office, and other days remote work, offering a high degree of autonomy and work-life balance.
