Chartered Accountant Main tasks and responsibilities· Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software; · Preparing reports to CMVM regarding the real estate funds; · Preparing fiscal declarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulated); · Preparing and registering operations for the SPV's under management (non-regulated companies); · Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans; · Registering stamp tax on lease agreements; · Preparing maps of outstanding rents; · Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers; · Preparing and reviewing tax returns; · Preparing information for auditors.Role RequirementsEducation degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance; 4 years' experience;Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus; Experience in operationsof funds/companies (preferred); Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred); Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferred); Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team; Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture; Strong analytical skills;Team Management; Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail; Written and oral skills in English.
