Sodecia is looking for a strategic and experienced MRO Buyer to lead and optimize sourcing across our Safety & Mobility Division in Europe. This is a high-impact role with international exposure, focused on delivering cost-effective, compliant, and scalable service solutions in key support areas like travel, IT, insurance, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel & Lodging Procurement Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotel chains, and rental car providers for global and regional needsPartner with local suppliers near Sodecia plants, customer and supplier sitesLead implementation of a travel management system for cost control and policy adherence IT & Knowledge Services (preferred background)
Procure software, cloud services, and consultancy aligned with the company's tech strategyManage vendor relations for service continuity, upgrades, and pricing Insurance Procurement Collaborate with brokers to secure efficient insurance coverage (liability, property, employees)Evaluate risk profiles to ensure balanced, compliant coverageCommunications Source telecom services, internet contracts, and mobile hardware through bundled or regional agreementsAnalyze unified communication platforms for cost and operational efficiencyGeneral Procurement Excellence Identify cost-saving initiatives through data-driven analysis and market insightEnsure compliance with corporate procurement policies and local regulations Who We're Looking For:
