Location : Remote from Portugal Mandatory Requirements : Fluent in European Portuguese (native).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Additional languages are a plus.
What You'll Do : Identify and acquire new clients (hunter), while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients (farmer), combining these skills as a "Funter".
Develop growth strategies focused on expanding opportunities within our current client base and target segments.
Research and identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange and lead business meetings with both current and prospective clients.
Create and execute strategies to promote our cutting-edge tech recruitment services.
Provide trustworthy feedback and exceptional after-sales support.
Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
What We're Looking For : Previous experience in selling IT services (a must).
Fluent in European Portuguese (native).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Additional languages are a plus.
Strong soft skills with the ability to connect, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
Proven track record of driving growth and opening new opportunities in the tech sector.
Self-motivated, energetic, high-energy "doer" profile with a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Self-organized and able to work remotely and independently.
Must reside in Portugal (preferably in the Lisbon region) and be flexible for travel.
