We are actively seeking a person to be theBusiness Development Managerof IDEA. You will drive sales of our entire service offering, matching prospective customers requirements to the relevant service offering, through assigned leads but will also be expected to generate a proportion of your own enquiries by networking, marketing, cold calling and engaging with SMB?s community.

Your job:
Prospect and build pipeline for existing locations and future locations.
Run the entire sales process, from qualification to close.
Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
Maintains a thorough understanding of IDEA?s service offerings and tailoring its presentation to meet the needs of different types of organisations.
Uncover growth opportunities through existing members
Providing Excellent Customer Service
Work closely with IDEA internal teams to deliver results.

We ask
You are a People person and this comes naturally with a smile?
Excellent standard of spoken and written Portuguese and English
Experience with longer sales cycles, and multi-contact, value-based, and consultative selling.
SaaS sales experience and Real Estate knowledge/experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
An ambitious mindset, creative and passionate personality?
Passion for entrepreneurial communities (great plus)
