We are looking for an Business Analyst proficient in French !
Responsabilities: Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.
Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.
Requirements : Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.
Agile experience.
Understand IT concept (API, Authentication, Workflow).
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus.
Proven analytical and organizational skills.
French (B2).
