Business Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Investments Team – someone who's passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and supporting high-value investment decisions.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with investment managers and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirementsGather, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support investment strategy and performance trackingBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to assist with portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and investment analysisCollaborate with technology and data teams to automate workflows and improve system integrationsAssist with the evaluation and implementation of investment platforms, tools, and technologiesIdentify process improvement opportunities within the investment lifecycle and recommend scalable solutionsPrepare documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications on analytical findings and strategic initiativesWhat We're Looking For:2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within investment management, asset management, or financial servicesStrong understanding of investment processes, asset classes, and financial metricsProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) and experience with financial systems (e.G., Bloomberg, FactSet, SimCorp, Aladdin, etc.
