About the role: Reporting to Browns Studios Manager, the Photographer Specialist is responsible to shoot products for high standard in quality and volume to build the online catalogue for our brands. Should guarantee the training for all elements of the product team according to Browns’ standards.
What you’ll do:
Together with the Styling Manager, be responsible for defining a photo shoot's work plan, considering each Studio specification for "LM";
Shoots product respecting the high-quality standards and defined KPIs;
Guarantees lightning standards for the different studios in collaboration with the tech team and Styling Manager;
Follows photography guidelines, ensuring the workflow is running correctly;
Identifies and suggests improvements and helps coordinating the implementation;
Conducts new team members on boarding;
Provides ongoing training to other photographers;
Collaborates with the Styling Manager on the production of creative tests and the creation of Guidelines;
Guarantees the work methodologies of the team in order to ensure alignment across the various studios;
Provides direct support in specific cases /problems that require more extensive expertise.
Work successfully within a close, collaborative team environment and must exhibit professional conduct consistent with the values of the Company
Perform quality assurance on all Browns projects
Implement new strategies for constant improvement of studio production teams
Who you are:
Expert working knowledge of E-commerce product Photography;
Must be able to multitask;
Strong knowledge of Windows/Macintosh based equipment within a network environment;
Team player with a positive attitude;
Able to take feedback on board and adapt to change;
Great communication and soft skills;
Great interpersonal skills to train other photographers;
Outstanding attention to detail;
Able to adapt to each Brand’s specificities while achieving quality standards;
Regular user of IT systems (MS Office) and image editing/management (Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, FTP, Capture One);
Experience with strobe lights, light meters, Pocket Wizards, and Canon systems;
2-4 years proven still life photography experience;
Ability to troubleshoot lighting and software issues;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows and information;
Great time management skills, being able to work under tight deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
