ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Input and verification of fees and interest conditions instructed by stakeholders
Management of client related service requests
First level control of the data in various systems
Investigation of fees calculated incorrectly / interest conditions and proper communication with the impacted departments
First level of support for Billing related aspects – business as usual
Cooperation with team for any operational aspects which require further investigations or additional expertize
User acceptance tests in case of changes or enhancements for tools used by the Billing Team
Preparation and / or verification of operational reports
Reporting of incidents
Banking experience with an emphasis in Payments and Operations management, billing / revenues follow-up activities or client management
Knowledge of Banking Payment Environment (Correspondent banking, Swift payment network, among others)
Ability to coordinate with several department within the bank
Effective time management, personal organization and detail oriented
Controls oriented profile, ability to manage operational risks
Strong Communication and relationship building skills
Ability to learn quickly and adaptability in a fast pace work environment
Positive and dynamic attitude to complying with deadlines and objectives
Analytical skills, effective problem solver
Strong Excel Skills
