In these roles, you'll join our dynamic team and support our customers through their implementation of Unit4 ERP focusing on some of our most exciting new tools within extensions, integrations, and reporting.
Job DescriptionAs an Associate Technical Consultant (TechOps), you will work with our business system Unit4 ERP, joining a highly knowledgeable and experienced team.
This team is part of a global consulting organization operating in an international environment.
You will perform assignments with new and existing customers, with installations primarily in the cloud.
In cloud assignments, you will have an advisory role, acting as the technical contact person and the link between the project and the cloud.
This includes supporting project members with technical issues and assisting in our global cloud migrations strategy.
You will also advise customers regarding their infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Additionally, you will work closely with the CloudOps team to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Qualifications1+ years of working experience in a relevant areaFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure is a mustBasic knowledge of SQLA proactive approach to learning and skill enhancementReadiness to tackle challenges with a positive attitudeStrong team player with a deep understanding of the value of collaboration and supportCustomer engagement skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and build long-term relationshipsHigh levels of responsibility and reliabilityStructured and organized approach to workResults-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationJoin Unit4 and you'll be part of one of the most exciting journeys in the cloud software space today.
