The EGOR Group, in the Outsourcing area, is recruiting Assistants for its French Phone Customer Service Care.
Answering customer concerns by phone;
Resolving customer inquiries/requests, ensuring appropriate and timely approach;
Maintaining and updating files.
LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS
Shifts between Monday to Sunday – 07AM to 07PM.
High school diploma (minimum)/graduate;
Customer service experience, preferable in a business process outsourcing context;
Effective verbal and written French communication skills.
Monthly variable bonus and other benefits (relocation, transportation bonus).
