Your mission will be…  
We are looking for an an IT Service Architect for the Managed Software Service. As an IT Architect for Central Managed Software Services based on Intune and Company Portal, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of centralized software provision that leverage Microsoft Intune and Company Portal. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure the software services are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Design, and consult integration of services for software package provisioning e.g. Company Portal, InTune management, MS Store App
Consult in the use of Digital Experience Management technolgoies such as NextThink
Acts as "Product Owner Proxy" if required
Consult and create the Product Vision, strategy together with the Service team
Improve service design in line with strategic pillars keeping end customer satisfaction as priority objective
Manage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindset
Support the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be delivered
Ensure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagement
Drive automation excellence and actively design, promote and support implementation of automation technologies to improve the serivce.
Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the service

We are looking for...
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
>5 years of IT Infrastructure market experience with focus in the areas of InTune, Company Portal, MSI packaging and MS Store Apps
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Company Portal.
Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure).
Additional knowledge of MS PowerApps / - Automate, Microsoft 365, Entra ID is a plus
Working knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider Management
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a complex environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, having a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), excellent ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of Stakeholders
Experience in working with global virtual teams
ITIL/ PMP / Agile certifications are a plus
