Our client, an Iberian investment bank, is looking for a Technician to join their Support team.
This role will be responsible for 1st line application support, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all Group applications managed by the DSA Department.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure the stability and performance of Group applications under the DSA Department's responsibility.Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to Group applications.Create and manage reports for the bank's applications.Detect anomalies or errors and coordinate with national and international application providers for resolution.Monitor and analyse system logs to diagnose and prevent potential issues.What You Bring:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics, or equivalent.Knowledge of SQL Server for data management and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Excel for reporting and analysis.Experience and interest in providing technical assistance and ensuring user satisfaction.Strong learning ability, flexibility, and a creative mindset for problem-solving.Organised, responsible, and skilled in teamwork and interpersonal relationships.Native Portuguese; advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).Why Apply Now?You'll have the opportunity to work in an international banking environment, receive continuous training, and grow your career in a challenging professional environment.
