This position combines business consulting, IT, platform responsibility, and close collaboration within our global IT department.
YOUR TASKS Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementationSteering ServiceNow-related projects as well as Change & Release ManagementMonitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing integrations to other IT services, e.g., SAP2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teamsMaintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholdersDevelopment of user training concepts and documentationContinuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow-related technology, standards, and best practicesYOUR PROFILE University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent educationAt least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e.g., management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNowTechnical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and CSMYou have a passion for a customer- and result-driven way of workingKnowledge of support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are additional benefitsYou prefer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona, or Madrid, and the rest working remotelyExcellent skills in English (German, Spanish, or other languages are an additional benefit)YOUR BENEFITS In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer:
