.Role Title: AI & Automation Expert Local: Lisbon In partnership with Vantage Towers, and as part of the strategic strengthening of its teams and the promotion of its business, we are recruiting a AI & Automation Expert for Lisbon.
Role Purpose: The AI & Automation Expert is responsible for enabling scalable, secure, and governed automation across VT.
The role focuses on identifying and prioritizing automation and AI-driven use cases, supporting business units in shaping initiatives, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT security standards.
This includes oversight of RPA and AI initiatives, tooling, and the definition of guardrails to prevent fragmented, redundant, or ungoverned automation solutions that could pose risks to security, compliance, and scalability.
The expert works cross-functionally to ensure that automation and AI are adopted in a structured, responsible, and value-driven manner
