Your new function
Provide System-level support to multi-user operation system, hardware, communications and software tools, including installation, configuration , maintenance, and support of these systems. Identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources. Propose and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure systems’ security through secure system access, monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
What you need to be successful :
Candidate should typically have 2-3 years of experience as an IT Technician and/or Helpdesk team member and with technical qualifications in multiple IT infrastructure disciplines.
Interpersonal and communications skills;
Ability to work in cooperation with internal partners, building and developing effective relationships.
Good knowledge of current technology regarding IT infrastructure components;
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand the technical implications of business decisions and requests;
Good Level of English
