The activities manager is responsible for working with the Activities assistant to facilitate scheduling of activities at local area parks.Responsibilities:Develop and implement creative activities and services to be held at the Beach and Poolside.Research, schedule seminars/tours on local area geography, history, culture, plants, and wildlife.Create and implement an operations plan to manage the business to pre-determined margins.Communicate actively with Senior Director of Mountain Operations, COO/GM, operations departments, and resort senior leadership team.Organize and manage calendar for SVP (including scheduling meetings and arranging travel).Work with the manager to identify and implement strategies that will increase A&D revenue and visibility.Work with manager to develop sales and performance goals for the department.Oversee all employee personal activities creating and maintaining processes for disclosure and ongoing monitoring.Leverage industry best practices to create efficiencies in process and implement a comprehensive, scalable oversight function that integrates seamlessly with other wealth management, capital markets, and investment advisory compliance programs.Organize transparent meetings to escalate and document issues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
