Accounting Controller

Full Venue is revolutionizing how Retail targets its marketing and monetizes its digital assets.
We are looking for a full-time Accounting Controller with the skills and drive to take Full Venue to the next level.
We want a motivated person who is an excellent multitasker and has exceptional financial skills.
This role is essential, as we need someone who is fully committed to supporting the Financial/Accounting department.
Our goal is to have a professional who helps us ensure compliance with accounting and financial legislation and consequently guarantee the sustainable growth of the company.
About you Bachelor's degree in Accounting (highly valued);Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounting & Controlling experience;Experience in accounting and bookkeeping procedures and month-end close activities (eliminatory);Experience with externalized accounting management (eliminatory);CPA license (highly valued);Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken (Mandatory);Experience with reporting & management accounts (highly valued);Organization and problem-solving skills with excellent use of logic;Excellent MS Excel skills (eliminatory);Your day-to-day might look like this: Work and report directly to our CFO.Accounting support on month-end close activities;Operational treasury management support;Assistance with accounting & finance activities of Int'l legal entities;Assistance on the audit process with CPA;Responsible for AP & AR Controlling;Controlling & monthly analysis of revenue recognition & invoicing process;Maintenance & elaboration of additional financial processes & procedures;Maintain digital and physical financial records.Set yourself apart: Experience with TOC Online ERP;Experience in multinational accounting consolidation (EMEA);We offer: The opportunity to work in different industries with a focus on Retail, Sports, and Events, having the opportunity to interact with some of the most interesting brands in the ecosystem;A myriad of complex and stimulating innovative problems and the freedom to solve them as you see fit;Experienced international team with lots of knowledge to share;Access to health insurance.This position is Hybrid.
