We are looking for an Account Manager for our German market who will be working from our HQ in Lisbon!

About your role - you will:

Be active in the German HR community to represent our brand and establish a strong network
Be responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
Acquire employers that are searching for tech talent to our platform

Main requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management (Customer Success or Business Development)
Fluency in English and German with knowledge of the German culture
Tech Recruitment Knowledge
Ability to help grow the german market
Empathic, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
Availability to travel

Nice to have

Experience in marketplaces
Experience & network in the HR/ Recruiting Industry in Germany
